Problem
The purpose of this research is to assist students through the use of fairy tales to develop reading comprehension skills. Stories should be used to meet the learning needs of students and in turn improve their understanding and the environment within the English class, that is, students feel motivated to participate in activities. In addition, this research aims to analyze the impact and effectiveness of applying the stories when developing reading comprehension. For this reason, it is necessary to implement these activities that would be of great importance to improve the reading skill of the students. These activities will also facilitate the learning of the students of the institution in which the investigation will be applied.
